Answer:

Yes, Hi Tech Precision is compliant with the requirements ISO 9001:2008 and AS9100 rev C. We are currently in the process of receiving full certification.

Answer:

Our maximum milling envelope is 30” x 16” x 20” (xyz), and our maximum turning capacity is 11.8” diameter x 20.5” in length.

Yes, we use a BobCAD-CAM CAD/CAM system for digital data file processing.

Yes. Hi Tech Precision has the precision equipment and manufacturing knowledge to machine complex parts from a wide range of materials for a variety of applications.

Answer:

Yes. We have the precision-machining experience and tooling knowledge required to machine castings and forgings to your exact specifications.

What types of materials can Hi Tech Precision machine?

Answer:

We can machine a variety of materials including: Aluminum, Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Aircraft Alloy Steel, Titanium, Brass, Bronze, Copper, and Plastics.

Does Hi Tech Precision offer outside processing services?

Answer:

Yes. We work with a wide variety of NADCAP-approved outside processors to provide: heat treating, welding, brazing, plating, painting, testing, cleaning, polishing, and more.

What other processes can Hi Tech Precision perform?

Answer:

Our capabilites at Hi Tech Precision include in-house broaching. Our sister company, Sea-Lap, can lap parts up to 40.0” in diameter or 48.0” square with over 300-square-inches of lapping plate space; with a tolerance of .0003” flatness and .001” parallel over 30.0”, 2-microfinish smoothness and up to a 1-helium-light-band flatness per inch.
